How to Write Great Feedback

Good feedback helps us fix issues faster and build features you actually need. Here's how to make yours count.

Bug Reports

1. What happened?

Describe the problem clearly. What did you see? What error message appeared?

"When I click 'Place Bid', the page shows a spinner for 10+ seconds and then says 'Network error'."

2. What did you expect?

What should have happened instead?

"My bid should have been placed, and I should see a confirmation."

3. Steps to reproduce

How can we recreate the issue? Be specific.

"1. Go to any appointment detail page
2. Enter a bid of $100
3. Click 'Place Bid'
4. Wait — error appears after ~10 seconds"

4. Attach a screenshot

A picture is worth a thousand words. Screenshots showing the error state, the page you're on, or the unexpected behavior help us diagnose faster.

Feature Requests

Describe the problem you're solving

Don't just say what you want — explain why you need it. What's frustrating or missing?

"I bid on 5-6 appointments a day and there's no way to see all my active bids in one place. I have to click into each appointment to check."

Suggest a solution (optional)

If you have an idea for how it could work, share it. But the problem matters more than the solution.

"A 'My Bids' tab on the dashboard that shows all active and past bids with their status."

Quick Tips

Be specific — "the bid button doesn't work" is harder to fix than "clicking Place Bid on appointment #abc123 returns a 500 error"

Include screenshots or screen recordings when possible

Note which device and browser you're using if relevant

One issue per report — it helps us track and prioritize

Avoid vague reports like "it's broken" or "doesn't work"

Don't combine multiple unrelated issues in one report
